i struggled with migraines throughout my 20s and 30s, got diagnosed with celiac at 40, and have been working on my career and financial goals with some measure of attainment. i'm a homebody with budgies, but before the pandemic i loved to hike, bicycle, snowshoe, attend pinball bars, concerts, art walks, and museums. i have followed a vegetarian diet since 1989, so i consider myself an ex-seitanist.

active interests include learning an instrument
